What do you think the biggest obstacle to wider acceptance of men’s pantyhose and tights as a new style?
Men have been wearing sheer and opaque tights for years now. They wear them (support style) for improved leg health, athletic benefits, improved warmth w/o bulk while in the outdoors, etc. There are several companies selling men’s pantyhose now, and the look is intended to be completely masculine. So, what’s standing in the way most?
Simple. It’s the men themselves. They don’t have the stones to wear them, which is a shame because men have great legs too.
I hear the “well you’re a woman, you can wear anything, even from the mens department” all the time. Well guess what? Women had the guts to go into the mens department and buy those blue jeans. There was a time when we couldn’t wear pants at all.
Times change, fashion changes. If you guys want to wear pantyhose all you have to do is muster up the courage to do it.
