Where can I find a Choker necklace?

Does anyone know of any stores that sell PLAIN, black choker necklaces? I’ve asked someone I knew where they got theirs from and they said it was made from pantyhose, but I don’t want anyone to come up to me and choke me to death with the pantyhose.
And if I do make my own do I put velcro on it to keep it from falling off my neck?
And do they sell black elastic?

Are the water movements in my Betta Tank stressing him out?

Well, I have a Power Filter by Tetra. It’s a Medium Sized Whisper one. I also have an Air Stone in there with an Air Pump. And an Air valve to control it(Which I do not know how ot controls it..) I just restared my tank after having my Betta Pass Away. But my last Betta had a 2.5 Gallon tank with the same filter set to it’s lowest, some panty hose blocking the spout of the filter, and some SIlky Plants blocking it’s path and it stayed at the opposite end of the filter and sometimes at night, Rests on a fake leaf sorta.. Diaganol from the filter.. But Now That I started a new one, I put an Air Stone in there and the same filter. I’m switching from the Tetra brand to API. As in the water Conditioner. So I’m going to use Stress Coat. I also used APi’s Aquarium Salt. I plan on getting some live plants for the tank soon enough. I currently DO NOT have a Betta in the tank. Just cycling it out.

The air stone serves no purpose other than decoration– the filter provides plenty of surface agitation, which is all that is necessary to get oxygen into the water. Feel free to get rid of the air stone as you please. Panty hose could work, but won’t restrict water flow that much, so the current really won’t be affected in any great way. Instead, consider an unused, thin sponge, which you can slice down the middle (to create a “pocket”). Slide this over the intake, and viola! HOB turned sponge filter!
