Yes, they do offer FOOTLESS pantyhose to the servers. The Footless ones are cooler for your feet and keeps the crotch from riding down if you are taller. Hooters has Two seperate divisions. Hooters America is one division and Hooters USA is the other. They share some policy regarding uniforms, but with the pantyhose it depends on which division you work for as to the name brand available.
