Why do you think pantyhose have “gone out of style” for younger women and teens?
Personally I don’t think they went out of style on their own. I think it’s more of a laziness issue rather than style. They make legs look nice ever since they’ve been invented, and still do today if girls took the time to put them on. I think most girls are too lazy to put them on properly, so they make up a bunch of excuses not to wear them (uncomfortable, can’t get them to fit right, tearing them, out of style, etc). So pantyhose companies have caught onto this trend and stopped marketing them to younger people. That’s just my opinion. I’m 16 and wear them all the time. I got 10 pairs for Christmas.
I think you are right about the laziness thing. I think it makes a girl look hot to wear them. But fashion is tending towards the cheap and quick. I mean just look at flip flops. Those are like the cheapest things you could wear.
