The ten times that are taking part in this hot league are Chicago Bliss, Dallas Desire, Denver Dream LA Temptation, New York Majesty, Philadelphia Passion, San Diego Seduction, Seattle Mist and Tampa Breeze. The games are played on 50 by 30 yards field with ends being 8 yards deed. The players are required to be physically fit and athletic to overcome the hard seven-on-seven full contact playoffs. The typical offensive configuration includes 3 wide receivers, 1 center, 2 running backs and 1 quarterback, while the typical defensive configuration includes 1 safety, 2 cornerbacks, 2 linebackers and 2 defensive linewomen.
