Opaque tights to a job interview?
I have an interview for a corporate media buy position. I am kind of a fashion forward person and don’t mind expressing that (conservatively) even in a job interview (It’s kind of a big part of who I am and I want to be comfortable.
I am wearing a suit that consists of a black knee length dress and a short black and white houndstooth jacket. I am 23 and NEVER wear regular pantyhose. Sometimes I’ll wear funky textured tights but i know I cant’t wear them to an interview. I am going to wear black opaque tights with the outfit, is that okay? I just don’t think I can bring myself to do sheer, it’s just so frumpy.
I think it would be fine. Your outfit sounds self-expressive but professional.
