Is it fashionably appropriate to wear pantyhose with opened toed shoes?
My mother is a bridesmaid in my Aunts renewal of vows wedding. Her dress is a silk, wine colored, cocktail looking dress. Very pretty. Short sleeves, length is a little above her knees and form fitting. She has opened toed dress shoes, similar to the color of her dress. She was told not to wear panty hose with her opened toed shoes. I told her it was okay; is it?
Totally appropriate…especially for a formal occasion like a wedding or renewal of vows.
