do you buy pantyhose in a grocery store , department store , or online ?
Are there better stores than others to purchase a quality pair ?

Hmmm depends – if they are for a special night you might want to buy so expensive Wolford ones. They have a few stores and you can buy them online. Victoria’s Secret and Fredericks of Hollywood might have some nice ones too – but I find the quality at Fredericks good for everyday wear but maybe not so elegant.
