Can I/Should I wear pantyhose with peep-toe strappy dress shoes?
I’m going to a formal evening party, and I have a black dress and black strappy heels with open toes. Should I wear pantyhose?
I’d say yes automatically, because it’s a formal event with a nice dress. But I wonder, even though it’s not like people spend that much time looking at your toes, whether I might be wrong.
I’ve been told, too, that I should wear dark hose to go with the black outfit and the fact that it’s an evening party. With the open-toed shoes, should I go with lighter hose instead (if any)?
Yes, you definitely should wear pantyhose, no question about it. Especially since it is a formal do. But even if it is not so formal pantyhose will be better. You can wear sheer tan, and If you wear black or dark pantyhose wear ultra sheer, no more than 10 denier and with a shine. You’ll look (and feel) much better.
