What shoes should I wear with a black cocktail dress?
I am going to my Christmas party with my co-workers in December. I am going to wear this black short dress from Victoria’s Secret. Should I wear open or closed toe shoes. If I wear open am I supposed to wear pantyhose with them? What color should I wear…black? HELP!

personally, i think you should wear black CLOSED toe heels. One because i think it would look so much cuter. Two, it will be cold outside: keep them toes warm.
