sewing lingerie that fits

Discount Lingerie

Lingerie always has a way of making a woman feel enticing, sexy, and confident. However, lingerie can be a bit expensive and sometimes not very affordable. Lingerie is expensive especially in the shipping costs and there are so many pieces and options that it can add up in cost quickly if you put together all of those pieces.

One of the best ways to find cheaper lingerie that is still sexy, support you where it should, and shows off your body is to begin with larger chain stores that are local. If you have local Target’s, Macy’s, or Khol’s, start there because they often offer cute selections for your lingerie needs. Of course, bear in mind that these stores will not be able to provide a large amount of options and are fairly limited. The quality is not bad either and they will not fall apart after the first use. You can verify the sewing if you are purchasing in person. They also don’t require as delicate of care when being washed.

The next step up, for a bit more expensive, but better quality, is places like Maidenform, Victoria’s Secret. Both specialize in lingerie and offer you sexy outfits, bras, panties, lotions, and they offer all the help that you need. If you don’t know your sizes and want something new and enticing, they each have attendants who will measure you and find the best fit for you. They will also be there to provide any assistance in matching, finding the right set, finding pieces, or anything else that you might need when picking out your lingerie.

If you would prefer to order inexpensive lingerie online, there are plenty of options on the web. There is a variety of discount lingerie sites, with affordable shipping and affordable costs. You will be able to find matching sets, pieces, baby dolls, or just about anything else that you are seeking. While there are some downsides to shopping online such as sometimes a lack of security in the site, you can easily sift through the more unsure looking websites to ones that are of better quality. Also, the company should have a size chart or guide, but if they don’t then you might end up purchasing inexpensive lingerie that doesn’t fit you and needs to be returned. Make sure to search for their return policies.

So, finding inexpensive lingerie can be really quite easy and it will still provide you with the same sensations and leave you feeling great about yourself as long as you are willing to look!

panty hose crafts
I need info on how to make those dolls that you make out of panty hose because i cannot find any books on it.?

The dolls are sort of pudgy faced and have these small noses and beady little eyes. Sometimes you can put blush on their cheeks to give them a rosy color. I found a craft book on it once, but I can’t find it again and the web provides nothing on these dolls. HELP!

You can use the same teqnigue as for the soft sculpture dolls. just use nylon stockings instead of the other fabric. Besides Ebay try the Albitris site. Do a search over in the left side of the page under hobbies. If you can’t find this book on Albitris go to Ebay under the Half.com section. This is their book section. You also have Amazon and Yahoo auctions. Now you have a lot of sites so you should find it on one of them. I used to make pig heads out of stockings and they were real looking and sold well. Crafts magazine used to have instructions on how to do this. You might try looking for old issues from the 70’s.I

lingerie sewing pattern
What kind of material goes into making a silk or satin kimono robe?

I would like to have a silk or saten kimono as a robe for around the house, but i’m 6 ft 2 inches. I would like to it to be very long. There are none sold in my size and to have it custom made would be ver expensive (i think). So i’ve decided to do it myself.

I’ve found a pattern to sew, but i need material. Does anyone know what kind of satin, or silk goes into making lingerie negliges? That’s the texture i’m going for. Also, where can I get it.

Does anyone have any ideas.

Just walk into any fabric store or dept store that has a fabric dept and tell them you want to look at silk and satin material for a neglige. Then pick out the color or print you like and always purchase a little more than you need, in case of mistakes, or if it is at the end of the bolt and there are only a couple of yard left, buy them, you can always make something with the leftovers if not needed. But better not to have them run out, and then need some more.
