What is the women wearing under the bottom eyelid?
I have seen a lot of women wearing a color under their bottom eyelid, not on the line above the hairs where most of us wear our eyeliner, but under the complete eye. Can someone tell me what is this and how to apply it. I seem to think it will run or smudge. Thanks for any help.
This can be either eyeliner or eyeshadow. Eye liner is applied below the lower lashes just as it is above them. The eyeshadow is applied with a thin brush or tip, darker at the outside corners and sweeping in. If you decide to do this, be SURE that you have no bags under your eyes as this will enhance those bags. (They can be reduced with a hemorrhoid or skin tightening cream.) Generally the color used under the eye should be the same lighter accent color used in the corners of the eye and possibly the crease, but should not be the same color as the eyelid itself.

I found some online but $30-$60 is quite ridiculous for one pair of pantyhose! I paid $2.99 at a second-hand shop for brand new ones, but they don’t carry them any more. Are plus-size just as good? That will be the alternative if we can’t find them for under $15!
