Underbust corsets…Do they work and do they aid in weight loss?
Worn tight-ish corsets for a while and, as far as i understand, wearing a tight corset helps you lose weight because it makes you eat less and helps you to breath in/hold in your stomach muscles.
Would this work just as well with an underbust corset worn under clothes?
But i’ve heard that this doesnt actually work because it shifts excess weight to just to below and above the underbust corset…is that right?
And whats the difference between an underbust corset and a waspie?
Any other advice that might be able to help me?
Thank you. x
Not being scammed…havent bought one yet and just wanted to know if it works.
Cant just eat less and exercise more…Severely disabled and can only walk a couple of steps really. Thats exercise for me lol. Spine based so theres not much my physiotherapist can do. Gone down to eating 400calories a day before but it did nothing. Cant eat more than 1000 before putting on even more weight.
It shapes your waistline. Women after they’ve had babies, they wear it day & night and their belly shape improve.
Brooke Burke sells one similar belly wrap in her website, and she’s had 3 children and a model and she looks beautiful still.
Mom wore one all her life and she’s got a small shapely waistline.
