What to wear with short skirt?
Hi everyone. Ok…yes, might be crazy…but I see people do it too…lol. It’s about 30 degrees outside, but I want to wear my cute short skirt. The outfit I have picked out is the black skirt, red top, and black jacket. My question is about my legs. I do not have slender legs, so high boots would look bad on me. I was thinking about getting some that go a little above my ankle…or something like uggs. Also, should I wear stockings? If so…what color, and what kind? Nude pantyhose? Black leggins? Black pantyhose? I have no clue. I won’t be outside for long…just basically from the car to the building. Just want everything to match. Thanks for any advice! 
The short boots you’re considering sound fine.
For leg wear I would suggest black tights. The tights will be warmer without adding bulk. The color black is slimming.and the unified black skirt with tights will make you look taller since there is no break for the eye as it travels from your ankle to your waist.
Keeping a warm coat or leggins in the car is not a bad idea as cars do sometimes breakdown.
