Why does it say on pantyhose to hand wash and hang dry instead of throwing them in the washer and dryer?
Well if you would wash them in the machine they would get wrecked. And possibly tangeled up around the wringer. And they sure wouldnt survivethe dryer. Like any other delicates,nighties.undies,bras,ect. its best to wash them in delicate cold water soap,rinse and hang up to dry.
