What does a waspie do?
Does it pull your tummy in?
do you wear it underneath your clothes or without?
and how is it different to a corset?

A waspie is shorter than a corset and basically, cinches your waist. I think they are intended to give a sharper hourglass figure as apposed to the corseted S shaped figure.
Some are very decorative and designed to be worn over your clothes. I personally like them worn with a full peasant blouse and skirt.
